Office in a Box™ combines several products and services under TM in a single package. Products involve are Business Broadband, Voice, Value Added Services (e-storage, Streamyx Zone, Custom Email Address, Internet Security, Infoblast) and CPE (Wireless Modem, DECT Phone). 3Who is eligible to subscribe to this package? All business customers are eligible for this package as long as they do not have any call plan. If they are already subscribing to a call plan, the call plan has to be terminated. 4What is the minimum subscription period for this package? The subscription period for Office in a Box™ is 24 months. 5Is customer allowed to downgrade their packages during the minimum subscription period? Customer is not allowed to downgrade their packages during the minimum subscription period. If customer terminates the package within the minimum subscription period, customer is liable to pay a termination fee of RM700.00.  Office in a Box

Business Broadband is a high-speed broadband Internet access service which provides 'always on' connection to the Internet with speed/bandwidth from 384kbps up to 4Mbps. With the high-speed connectivity/bandwidth, the service is ideal to support most broadband application such as, Web Hosting, video streaming, e-commerce, distance learning and others. 2What is “Always-on” connection? "Always-on" connection is always established and never disconnects, which will ensure fast and instant access to the Internet without any dial up process. This type of connection is suitable for users who regularly download or upload large files over the Internet. 3What is “best effort”?"Best effort" describes a service that is provided without any service level assurance. Business Broadband subscribers should receive at least 80% of the subscribed speed within TM domain & subject to certain factors (Please refer to FAQ No. 36). If the speed falls below 80%, TM will investigate it as a fault and restore the connection accordingly. Subscribers who need a 1:1 service and exclusive access to their bandwidth should go for Internet via leased line. 4Does Business Broadband cost more than dial-up service? If you are a heavy Internet user and your average Internet usage is more than 2 hours/day, it is more economical for you to use Business Broadband than dial- up. 5Can I have more than one Business Broadband connection to my premise? Yes, as long as you have extra telephone line because each Business Broadband connection requires one direct/dedicated telephone line.  Business Broadband

Web hosting services allow individuals or organizations to have an Internet presence, often through having their own websites with their own Internet addresses (eg: www.yourcompany.com.my). 2What are the main features of a Web Hosting service? A basic Web Hosting service should have the following: Internet address - domain name (www.yourcompany.com.my) Server storage POP mail - company e-mail Autoresponder mail - auto-reply e-mail FTP account - for website maintenance 3I did not specify my e- mail username during registration. Can I specify it later? Yes, In fact, you can just do it online. Just go to the Customer Login page and login into the Control Panel. Inside the Control Panel, you can specify your e- mail username and password. 4What should I do if I forget my password? First, try use our Password Reminder tool that will help you try recalling your forgotten password. If that does not work, you can contact our Help Desk for assistance. Alternatively, you can e-mail webhosting@netmyne.com. 5What does the Control Panel do? The Control Panel provides an interface for subscribers to update or edit their accounts. At the Control Panel, subscribers can make changes to their accounts (eg: change password, write autoresponder text, etc). The User Guide is also available inside the Control Panel.  Web Hosting

You can send as many files and as many times as you like as long as the files do not exceed the storage limit. 8Is my content secure?Yes. In most cases, security problems occur due to bad password management. Never reveal your password unless it is absolutely necessary. If you really have to do so, make sure you know to whom you give your password. 9How do I manage my account? You should first try use our Password Reminder tool that will help you try recalling your forgotten password. If that does not work, you can contact our Help Desk for assistance. 13  Important Acknowledgement ADDITIONAL INFO Important Acknowledgement 1Minimum subscription period for this package is twenty four (24) months (“Minimum Subscription Period”). 2Other services such as Voice Plan, Custom Email Address and BBphone will be registered only when the Business Broadband is activated. 3In the event the Customer terminates this package, the Customer is liable to pay a termination fee of RM700.00. 4For Office in a Box self installed:  Auto account activation is seven (7) days from the date of registration for self collection and ten (10) days for courier delivery.  RM88 installation fee is applicable only if installation assistance is required.  For account activation, SMS to STXACTV Login ID and send to 33535 three (3) days after registration. Each reply message from TM will be charged RM0.30 to the Customer’s mobile phone postpaid account or deducted from their prepaid balance. Telco SMS charges for each message sent are charged separately.  The mobile number used must match the mobile number written in the registration form. Customer may use another mobile number if a personal one is not available.

14  Terms & Conditions ADDITIONAL INFO Business Broadband 1The Business Broadband Service is subject to availability and technical testing. 2The speed of the service is provided on a “best effort” basis. 3The Customer is NOT ALLOWED to change the telephone number (connecting to Business Broadband) before installation of service. 4The Customer is responsible for internal wiring, NIC card and networking at its own cost. 5All internet charges will be included in one single bill ’Bil Telefon & Multimedia’, (inclusive of telephone charges, Business Broadband charges and others). 6The first bill received will include the following fees:  RM75 for activation; and (if applicable)  RM88 for installation (if applicable).  First and second month advanced subscription fee  RM 10 for stamp duty fee. 7For account activated on every 29th, 30th or 31st, the current charges for the month will be prorated.

15  Terms & Conditions ADDITIONAL INFO Voice Plan 1Upon acceptance or approval of this application/subscription, the Voice Plan will take effect on the next billing period. 2The Voice Plan is only compatible with IDD call plans. 3The Voice Plan shall be registered under Service level. 4Prior to subscription to this package, the Customer shall first terminate the existing call plan and be liable to the terms and conditions of the existing call plan. 5Upon subscription to the Office in a Box, any existing call plan will be replaced with the Voice Plan associated with this Office in a Box package. This package is applicable for business Customer only.

16  Terms & Conditions ADDITIONAL INFO Custom Email Address 1Preferred domain name is subject to availability. 2No upgrade and downgrade is allowed. BBphone 1In the event the Customer terminates this Package before the Minimum Subscription Period, the Customer shall be liable to pay the rental for the unused portion of the BBphone service(s) for the remaining period of the Minimum Subscription Period. 2The Customer shall not use the BBphone service(s) in any manner which in the opinion of TM may adversely affect the BBphone service(s) of other customers or the efficiency or security of BBphone service(s) as a whole.
