5 3.0 About Power –Z Most of various fuel saving products marketed home and overseas are just additives and what is worse, they rarely meet customers’ expectations for fuel saving. This innovative POWER-Z has been originally developed to save fuel consumption, so the selected quality materials have been utilized. It is also assured with the unique safety that this product can significantly contribute to the pollution prevention such as air pollution and the protection of internal/external combustion engines. This product is a special organic chemical compound manufactured in liquid from the main ingredients [fat acids] extracted from compounding microorganism enzymes (decomposition temp: 200'C) and otherwise special enzymes. -PM (Particle Matter) reduced up to 30 ~ 50% in case heavy oil is used. -Exhaust fumes reduced up to 50% and higher in case light oil is used. -5-

3.1 Technology 1 POWER-Z re-forms oil particles(50~200micron) into super fine particles (approx. 5 ~ 10 micron) in fuel, facilitating oxidization-combination reaction so that HC is completely combusted and oxidized into H2O and CO2. In addition, since this product contains plenty of oxygen, it is possible to reduce excessive air volume resulting from increasing oxygen due to chemical reaction when combustion occurs (NOx diminished). Prolong Service Maintenance / Time Between Overhaul - ( TBO ) Power Z builds complete combustion. It can prevents the engine failure caused by incomplete combustion. Combustion increases heat calorie, power goes up and improves engine performance. Power Z develops the maintenance lead-time significantly. Power-Z Users Commendations Fuel cost saving of vessel: In heavy oil, a high price fuel used for vessel is replaced with MF30, a low price fuel, the fuel cost saving is about 30%. Ex: Supply price per tonnage: USD 600(heavy oil)  USD 420(MF 30) ($180 saving per ton/30% fuel saving) (2) Prevention of engine failure due to incomplete combustion and engine maintenance cost saving. (3) Energy saving from the improved engine operation efficiency (engine temperature is raised to about 20c). (4) With the high caloric value of fuel, engine output is increased. Power Z significantly increases O2 at its combustion through its specific chemical reaction. As the result, the consumption of fuel oil is down remarkably by reducing excessive air supply.
