Now, I’ll explain the PC based Phontage. As I said before, Phontage for PC has two types of program. First one is Basic and the other is Deluxe. The Delulxe model has more efficient functions than basic one. If you look at this picture, this is main UI of Phontage for PC.

Overall layout and the positions of main UI components are fixed, and they have their own functions and rolls. 19 NMS Device Based Status
After entering ‘Device Based Status’ menu, select a system in System Explorer, and then device-based information will be displayed for the selected system.

20 NMS CO Status CO Channel Status lists all the CO channels, and shows their channel status and channel/device information. Device Type The type of device for each CO channel can be designated by the color of the button frame. (VOIP, PRI, BRI, PSTN)

24 ez Attendant Overview ez Attendant software can manage the various type of call with your PC. When the attendant works with another type of working (for example, word processing), the attendant can minimize this software with button. If an incoming call is occurred during the word processing, the pop up windows will be activated with simple information about the caller. At that time, attendant should do its own operation. And the call related operation is depending on the Call server system feature. For example, the capacity of queue size or recall timer are depend on the Call server system itself. 1. Select System(iPECS-MG) 2. Input System IP Address 3. Input Attendant Extension Number 4. Click [Log On] button After rebooting your computer, click the [ez-attendant] icon and then the main window will be displayed. To execute ez-attendant, set the following procedure. Move to [Setting]  [Option]  [Setting]  [Log On Information] Input LDK system IP Address and Attendant number. Click the [Log on] button and then log-on is processing. TSP Settings Installation You should install LG-E TSP on each computer Reboot computer TSP Settings Open [Phone and Modem Options] in Control Panel. If [Location Information] dialog is appeared, then select country/region, and insert area code and outside dial number. These codes are used for CO calls. On the [Advanced] tab under Providers, click [Telephony Service Provider for LG-Ericsson System] Verify if the System IP Address is correct or not. Verify if the Service Mode is correct (1st Party or 3rd Party Connection.)

This part is tool up bar. Let’s see each item in detail. If you click [My Status] Icon, then you can find the My Station Information, Forward Condition, Popup Window Type and My Status information. If you click [Short Cut] Icon, then you can show short cut information. If you click [ ] Icon, MS Outlook will open automatically, You can send an to other with drag & drop method or just click list If you click [SMS/M] Icon, SMS dialog will be shown. If you click [Simple] Icon, Make main window to simple window and also recover main window from simple window. If you click [Print] Icon, Print all of address book list. If you click [Exit] Icon, Exit program and save what you have done. 44

The station information window will open 4 types as you see. You will see other station on the station information window and make a call by double click. On address book window, Registering, editing and canceling DB is possible and also making a call or sending by clicking the list is possible. On log view window, the call history is listed up and filtering. On schedule dial window, you can reserve phone call. 45

47 ez Phone Call Window Connected Call Holding Call Make Call,
Transfer or Search This is the call window. If the incoming call was answered, the name, company and CLI information will be displayed. Information window will display keyset type, total talking time, name and company. You can answer the call by pressing [ALT+A] or mouse click. When you use the [ALT+A], you can answer only top located call in queue window. But you can select any incoming call in queue window if you use mouse. 47
