SIGNUP Process Flows 1.Fill up the Application Form 2.Sign the Plantation Management Agreement 3.Attach NRIC or Passport photocopy to the Application Form (staple or pin) 4.Send (by WeChat) to Admin the snapshot of bank-in/fund transfer slips, or screenshot of online transfer digital slip. 5.Send (by WeChat) to Admin the new member’s Name, Username, E-mail address, and phone number. If you are requesting for credit to your R-Wallet, must WeChat your Username together to the Admin 6.Send to Admin all the completed Application Form, Plantation Management Agreement (2 copies), and the NRIC or Passport photocopy. Note: Consult your introducer if you do not know who is the Admin. 3

It cannot be changed once input into system. At least 6 characters long (alphabet and/or numbers are accepted) Fill in Name of Purchaser, Contact Number, and Username 7
