The success of the system, with the membership, is highlighted by the fact that more than 60% of the full members (both Ladies and Gent) are registered on the system, and more importantly, using the system. It has reduced our telephone calls from members, both to the office/bar/pro shop, by 60 to 70%, since we started using the system properly, in January 2006.

6. Stage 3 – Competitions and rules List the rules for booking and any forthcoming competitions. Members can click on the competition to go straight to the timesheet.

7. Stage 4 - Timesheet Click on the ‘Book Now’ button to reserve a tee time. Note: Once a member clicks on ‘Book Now’, that particular tee time is locked for 3 minutes to allow the member to complete the booking. Double bookings are not possible.

8. Stage 5 – Select from members database Select from the members database.

9. Stage 6 - Confirmation Each golfer is emailed a confirmation to confirm that they are now on the timesheet and who booked them.

10. Stage 7 – Edit the booking The ‘Edit’ button is now available to allow the members to edit their booking. A member can only edit the players they booked in.

11. Stage 8 – Select those members to cancel
