12 Online registration – FAQs (1 of 2) I have received an email saying I need to register but have already done so. Usually this means a student has not registered, but may have completed IT Activation and/or online module selection. Ask them to log into MyExeter and see what their registration message says. The information displayed is wrong The student may be able to amend the information. If not, it is likely that they can report the error using the online registration system. Please advise them to read and follow all the instructions on- screen.

13 Online registration – FAQs (2 of 2) My fee is wrong -Is the student on a study / work abroad or industrial placement during the current academic year? -If not, please ask them to report the error within online registration / via SID -If so, please check that they declared their placement(s) at the start of registration. They can return to the Placements question if needed by closing their browser (without completing registration) and returning to online registration. If they have completed registration they will need to contact SID.

14 I’m stuck! Don’t worry - sometimes you are not able to solve the problem and instead it needs to be escalated to a specialist team. Student should log a SID enquiry: report the error in online registration go to the Help & Support tab in MyExeter visit / call / email SID
