The new package featured heavily-discounted mobile service accompanied by internet, satellite television and traditional phone service. They wanted a low cost item that could be mailed inexpensively to communicate the benefits of their new package, specifically to mobile device users. Result: After the initial mailing, new subscriptions increased by 38%; and, 64% of existing subscribers upgraded to the new service package.
