Pazino ECC shall allocate plots of land to rightful owners after completion of installment payment on any of the Gardens (estate) appropriately.
Pazino ECC shall be in charge of dealing with all encumbrances from government, omo-oniles (land owners) at all times
Pazino ECC shall advice clients on the most suitable land for investment purposes, given the identified variables.
Pazino ECC shall advice investors on when to buy land for residential, investment and other purposes.
Pazino ECC shall also advice investors on when and when not to dispose of their investment.
Pazino ECC shall also provide brokerage activities to potential buyers and sellers of land.
