Assignment Credential Manual PROVIDED BY THE IDAHO STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION 03208 AP/Dual Credit Computer Science – Science (Gr. 11-12) Course designed to meet the board rule change allowing students to take up to two (2) credits in AP Computer Science or Dual Credit Computer Science to count toward the science graduation requirement. Data entered on the Staff Assignment Template feeds into the Credential/HQT report Review the Credential/HQT report after each upload Correcting errors - cumulative reporting vs non-cumulative reporting Districts/charters who report cumulatively can simply correct any wrong assignment code or delete inactive or incorrect assignments. They also don’t need to worry about going back and fixing past reports, but simply move forward making corrections to the next monthly upload. Districts/charters that do not report cumulatively and have an assignment showing incorrectly will still need to go into the staff assignment template and end the incorrect assignment code and enter a new row with the correct assignment with the correct start date.
