2 Automatically Monitor Events and Open Incidents An application owner who has just received ownership of a new project may want to:  Monitor the new project.  Automatically open incidents according to the online monitoring status.  Ensure that notification is received about such opened incidents, both to himself and to the people who are responsible for the fix as well.

Search for the business application. View an incident.
