QB steps - 1 step foot away from RB steps forward Reach and ride Transfer weight to front foot and accelerate of mesh Mesh point Give = slide belly hand out pressing with other Keep = pull everything

Aiming point Inside leg of TE QB steps – 2 steps lateral and crossover Push back off crossover Mesh point Reach and stick Pull naked hand quick to belly
