These are generally informal affairs, without recorded attendance lists and may have no formal minutes. But they are usually moderated by the group’s chairman (or a work item rapporteur, or …) who will generally produce a summary of the conclusions. Electronic meetings might consist of an exchange of emails; or … A teleconference; or … A (video) chat session; or …
