Yojna software Other softwares are Stereo type having facility for financial accounting only “Yojna” is not an accounting software but it’s a tailor made physical and financial monitoring software specially designed and developed to meet the requirement of Rural Development Department. “Yojna” software encompasses the feature of accounting and monitoring both physical and financial at one place. It rests on the philosophy that no monitoring can be successful unless it is integrated with the financial books of accounts. Most of the software having no facility for monitoring

4 EXISTING SYSTEM At most of the places manual accounting on single entry system. Or Branded softwares having facility for financial accounting only . No Provision for monitoring physical progress and expenditure incurred on construction work. No facility for monitoring and accounting of Capacity building programs. No scheme/fund wise accounting. No Budget Monitoring. No online/web based accounting.

5 EXISTING SYSTEM Separate data required to be kept for State, District offices, Blocks, Gram Panchayats and Villages this makes the reporting very tedious and lengthy, since we have to consolidate/synchronize data every time to view the consolidated report. No facility for integration of financial books with other MIS softwares e.g. NREGA MIS, software for pay roll, HR & accounts. No MIS reporting like Scio Economic reports and list of beneficiaries under various schemes, Grading of Self Help Groups.

SPECIAL FEATURES OF PROPOSED ‘’YOJNA’’ SOFTWARE At Present Khandwa, Sagar & Betul Districts are online Online/Web Based Accounting - All Districts, Blocks and Gram Panchayats can be connected to the State /District office and online accounting, monitoring and supervision can be done . Maintenance of books of accounts on the basis of Double Entry System as required in the Accounting Procedure for DRDA ( 2001 ) issued by the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. Online/Web Based Separate Books - Separate Books of accounts for each scheme/yojna like IAY, SGSY, NREGP, TSC and DRDA Administration etc for District, Block and Grampanchayats, in compliance with Guidelines of C&AG of India Component And Head Wise Monitoring. Separate Double Column Cash Book for each Schemes.

9 SPECIAL FEATURES OF ‘’YOJNA’’
For Chartered Accountants purposes we have given Pivot Table to view all the Data at their end without any requirement for actually having the software. Software has also the facility for putting up Audit Tick. Integration of accounts with the other softwares of NIC Like NREGAMIS financial Data of “YOJNA” can be integrated with others or others data can be integrated with this software. Integrated pay roll, HR & accounts. Software has inbuilt tools for MIS e.g. Monitoring of construction work expenditure according to work wise and deviation from AS/TS, Grading of Self Help Group and Beneficiary related information like area and/or cast/gender wise lists. List of beneficiaries and payment list.

Real time online & Web Based accounting no data synchronization is required. Accounts maintenance of up to village level. Separate Books for Each Scheme/Yojna. Physical and Financial both accounting is possible in other popular software only financial accounting is possible.
