John O’Neill, EBS IT Manager, will describe why BW is changing and identify when the transition to Analysis will occur. John will also provide a sneak peak of the system, including how to access Analysis. During John’s presentation, your phone will be muted. Q&A After the presentation, we’ll hold a Q&A session. BW Report Center will no longer be supported by SAP Hopkins has been using the same reporting interface since go- live (Jan. 2007) Make use of investment in BusinessObjects Future SAP innovations are in the BusinessObjects products Empower business users More reporting tools to come!

14 Slide 14 Super Users Super Users serve as project advocates to generate enthusiasm and excitement for the change. The role of the Super User includes the following: Lead, reinforce, and validate optimal application use and best practices. Provide at-the-elbow support for all users within their departments. Assist the project team with identifying and resolving application issues that may arise. Attend periodic super user meetings, report outcomes to their departments, and distribute communications to help implement any changes.

18 Slide 18 New-To-Role Training Beginning February 1, 2015 All new employees or users new to the role will be trained on Analysis Trained regardless of wave schedule Users will identify their super user Learning Solutions will notify Super Users of any new users in their area who take the Analysis course Super Users will offer support, assistance, answer questions

19 Slide 19 BW Report Center Tab BW Report Center tab will be removed from each area’s SAP screen 90-days post training wave. Example – School of Medicine’s training wave completion date is December 2015. The portal tab will be removed March 31, 2016. Users should learn the new tool and transition bookmarks before that tab is gone. Super Users, Central Finance, Audits, and DBOs will have both the BW and Analysis tabs for the entire project in order to provide support.

20 Slide 20 How to Access Analysis Employees will access Analysis via a new Enterprise Reporting tab in the SAP Portal There is a new version of the BW News located here BW News offers information about daily data loads Notifications of events and changes are also found here

21 Slide 21 How to Access Analysis Click the Open Analysis link from the BW News page on the Enterprise Reporting tab.

22 Slide 22 Analysis The link will open the Analysis reporting tool Analysis reports are stored in folders similar to the BW Report Center today There will be no changes in the distribution of monthly statements from Financial Quality Control. This process remains the same.
