Provides Evaluation Criteria. Identifies decision points. The system must also be compatible with other systems in the firm for it to be accepted and used.

6. 6 Area Under Study -cont. Level I: All decision points require critical treatment. Level II: Much integration is required between division level and firm level. Level III: Tasks become very detailed in lower levels. Level IV: Problems are easy to identify but difficult to resolve. Individual peronalities and human relations play a big role at this level. Level V: Only a limited number of people is involved.
