3. Interoperability with Banner: Accounts Payables (FIS) PSU is finalizing procedures for uploading invoice information from ILLiad to Banner in order to pay invoiced lender charges. What’s needed by Banner isn’t a whole lot: Vender ID (at PSU 890######) Seq. # (multiple address per Vender) Invoice # (from Vender) Index Code (ILL’s FOAPL is fixed, so scripted in) Description (50 characters) to include ILL# / TN# Amount / Price Critical to the project’s success is ensuring control over the process, especially important are controls of accidentally paying false or duplicate billing.

4. Interoperability with Banner: Accounts Receivables (SIS) PSU is also creating an automated process to bill our students overdue fines and to bill other libraries lender charges through Banner. We are using the same conduit used by Innovative’s Bursar In/Out. After the billing manager is released, we will script an export of ILLiad data for uploading into Banner.
