11 Summary of Lesson Learned Don’t underestimate the resistance to change Don’t believe everything you’re promised Locate barriers then work around them Crews need to feel part of a team Knowledge of one job helps others If maturity is an issue. Give them time before assigning responsibility Give new people a project…immediately! Battle fear of uncertainly by grouping old and new members Start your revenue model ASAP Network, network, network. (everyone loves to be on TV so film them and they will support you!)
