1. All Needs Assessment surveys have been ACTIVATED by the State
2. If you have already LAUNCHED your survey to the public (# responses are posted),
you can no longer edit nor add questions to your survey
If you have NOT launched your survey, you may add questions to survey by clicking on
“Activate” tab at top of screen

It is one of the pieces of data combined with other available data to help Counselors and Principal identify and target interventions
The data and targeted intervention goals are shared with faculty and staff. The results of these interventions are shared with school community including school board
