11 The recommended glide waxing protocol is as follows:  Use of Non-Fluoro (NF) or Low Fluoro (LF) glide waxes only.  High Fluoro (HF) and Medium Fluor (MF) glide waxes, including HF or MF powders, pucks, blocks and liquids are NOT permitted.  Cold weather powder additives and hardeners are NOT permitted. 20  Bib Pick Up by Team / Club: 8:30 to 9:30 am outside race office upstairs.  1 person per Team / Club for pick-up.  Day license forms need to handed into race office in order to get bib.  Procedure for Chip Pick Up - Please allow sufficient time:  Chips will be available 30 mins prior to your start time.  Pick up chips at entrance to stadium before entering start area.  You must be wearing your bib to pick up your chip.  Each athlete is responsible for putting on their own chip.  Placement on either leg is acceptable.  Bibs/chips will be collected by a volunteer at the finish. It is the racer’s responsibility to return the bibs/chips immediately at the end of the race.  Chips are for order of finish and lap times only.  DNFs must report to the bib/chip collector at the finish.  No chip, no race. There is a $75 replacement fee for either a missing bib or a missing chip. Bibs and Chips
