A leader is Leadership is a teacher-student relationship. A leader is an information and spiritual values’ transfer medium. Because of his/her distinguishing personality he/she is a role model and a subject of respect. The leader’s personality draws attention and contributes either to success or failures. To stand up for somebody’s rights is possible only when a leader has a goal set and knows his weaknesses and strengths. In this case the leader knows the ways to eliminate barriers using one of the following leadership types: SHARK, TURTLE, FOX, etc.
