3 New Checklists The purpose of our checklist is to continue to improve guest experience focusing on consistence. “Consistently bad is better then inconsistent” Our goal is consistently Great!

4 Schedule Will start at your specified start time Requires manager swipe if you are not scheduled, if you have been asked to start early or if you are late If you provide an email address the system will email your schedule. You can print off your weekly schedule at any terminal.

6 Group Reservations OFF and ON season policies Maximum sizes Group size is eleven to 25 Banquet size is 26+ (managers discretion) Auto Gratuity for groups eleven or larger

7 Dress Code Servers Black dress slacks Black collard dress shirt Black polished Shoes Black belt Black apron Appropriate makeup Ironed and clean No visible skin around the waist

8 Bar Staff Tenders Dress shirt in summer colors, classy slacks and black shoes in good repair Cocktailers Summer dress in seasonal colors and healed shoes “Look the Part” Dress Code

9 Patio Policies Setup for dining during dining hours. Lunch 11:30-3pm. Dinner 4:30-9:00. General guest are welcome before and after these times. Children are welcome No smoking Food in encouraged but not enforced Servers are welcome to wear off-white Dress shirt All staff run food and bev when possible No unruly guest allowed. Get MOD

We will be adding signage to all areas of the restaurant. bathrooms, hallways, entrance and exit (Sorry you din’t join to receive many free gifts. Over 1000 members are receiving Free gifts)

15 The Royal Challenge IF THE TEAM GOAL IS ACHIEVED. 2 LUCKY Servers will be drawn from the Top 5 to go to “TheVegas Night Club and Bar Show” in March 2012. Will be required to party. Will need a few days off after the trip. Must be employees at time of award and trip and in good standing. Draw on Jan 1,2012
