5.  If JAR downloads, why new client?  Network impact, server performance  Local library workstations download update ▪ Security: file permissions, Centurion, Deep Freeze, etc. can cause download to occur repeatedly  What does building new keyword index mean?  Staff and WebPAC searches will be inaccurate as the index builds  Library circulation OK
