MHF fits nicely into this strategy as financing is a key part of the business offer. Simple, friendly financing – for MoreHouse. We will take a personal, flexible approach to serve customers – not statistics. We use old fashioned underwriting by going outside of IT system parameters to make more positive decisions. MHF only works in the home improvement marketplace. We are continuously improving our know how based on real experience and insights from all dealers. We are a TOOL for you to use – we work for you. Use us to support all your needs - the dealer, the salesperson and support team. Bottom line, we want to increase your results a minimum of 10% with middle term target of 20%. What results do you expect?

3 Credit Application is serviced by us at MoreHouse: –Telephone –Paper –Internet channels Preference is phone, with paper as a backup and internet as alternative The credit decision will be influenced by the credit score BUT not as strongly as Enerbank or other banks. We want to provide a personal touch to work through non standard cases. We are in the business to find a way to give your customers our finance product if they need or want it to close your sale. Indirect Operating Model – MoreHouse is not a bank or direct lender (we need you to help us help you) The legal installment contract (LEGAL SIZE) is a 2 page document between Dealer and the customer (example is provided). The installment contract is part of your sales documentation and should be delivered and processed the same way your contracts are signed off and delivered. You should take the lead in serving your customer. Three documents in total: Credit Application Retail Installment Contract Job Completion Certificate and Payment Authorization Form (like Enerbank) combined with Finance Acknowledgement Form. At time the paperwork is signed, MoreHouse buys the note and pays the Dealer based on the Cooperation Framework Agreement

To date in 2012 : Approved is just over $1.5 while CBS sales are down 20%! Procedural Developments and Insights –New Dealer package includes sales and operations procedures. These will be presented in detail. –Script developed and training program presented during Sales training. This is also presented in detail as part of the 10 (11) steps to a sale. –Installment program is for those who may need more time to pay and prefer reasonable monthly payments. VALUE ADDED! –Same As Cash is offered for those people who feel that they will have cash a short time down the road. For well qualified customers

5 Up to $20,000 ($20,000 job total results in $16,000 financed for installment loan) –Up to 48 months –Rate 11.99% unsecured (average for is 12.66%) –20% down payment paid to you; mandatory for install, strongly recommended for SAC –6 SAC default 17.99% if not paid within promotional period, 12 SAC 21.99% –Exceptions granted (track record up to $40,000) –Application turnaround within 24 hours, most now are 20-30 minutes, 15-20 in clear case –For installment contract sales, we use FICO 640 - 660 as good range; look at 600 and over.
