Registered Mail Redesign Program 10 International Registered Mail Redesign Initiative Phase 2 Timeline  Thursday, Aug. 7 – MDPS telecon, plan briefing and SOP/Standup talk review  Thursday, Aug. 7 thru Aug. 13 - HQ will offer to hold telecons for each area (districts) separately  Wednesday, Aug. 13 – Schedule follow up telecon with areas as necessary  Thursday, Aug. 14 – Area MDPS distribute SOP/Standup talk to the field with instructions to managers  Thursday, Aug. 14 – Training begins in the field for delivery units and plants  Monday, Aug 25 – Implementation begins. JFK converts registry operations to First Class processing nationally  Monday, September 1 – Follow-up telecons with areas as necessary  Monday, September 8 – Submit survey to areas for completion
