Repeat for the password if it is not to be the same as the user name Tap to clear all entries if required setting user profile - steps Tap Save when completed which returns to the profile manager screen Check if password is to be the same as the user name

Tap the keyboard icon in the system tray to enter the name. Tap Save when completed to return to the profile manager screen Tap the arrow button to open the Server profile manager. Multiple profiles can be set & saved.

Drop down box displays last call list – tap the number & then green phone button to dial Or tap redial then green phone button to call number already displayed Tap back button to backspace number entry one digit at a time Or tap cancel to clear number completely using the Wi-Fone dialer screen Tap ‘transfer’ to transfer the first caller to the second, - Or Tap ‘conference’ to connect all three together (own & 2 other parties - bandwidth permitting) - Or Tap ‘swap’ to toggle between the first & second party While a call is in progress, if another number is entered & the green phone button is tapped, the first call will be placed on hold & the other party will hear the ‘hold’ message or music Call progress state & CLID appears here for outgoing & incoming calls

8 Copyright © Blue-Wireless Pty Ltd 2005 SoftBX status display - Displays all the extensions of the server this extension is logged onto Tap status tab – all extensions are now displayed icons show extension status Orange = logged on or forwarded Silver = logged off Blue = in a call -Orange with blue dot = released in group. (Wi-Fone can then double tap the released extension to ‘pick up’ the call) Double tap an entry to call. Call progress is monitored in the status bar

9 Copyright © Blue-Wireless Pty Ltd 2005 SoftBX quick dial - 16 quick dials are available Tap quick dial tab – tap entry once, dialer screen opens & call is immediately in progress To define a new entry, tap the number next to the name box Tap in text boxes, tap keyboard icon then enter the name & number & click save

10 Copyright © Blue-Wireless Pty Ltd 2005 SoftBX Tap config tab configuration tab - Displays current user profile & server information etc Tap the ‘open’ button to select from the list of wave files on this device to use as the ‘hold message’ or ‘music on hold’. Alternatively, tap in waiting loop text box to enter the wave file name & location. Tap ‘connect/save’ to save the selection. If only limited bandwidth is available, tap the ‘activate compression’ box. Tap & slide to adjust the microphone & speaker volume. Start with zero or near to lowest on this setting & set Pocket PC volume to first step. Tap ‘connect/save’ to save the setting Tap ‘connect/save’ to reconnect if server connection is lost, or to save any settings

Then tap ‘Close/Exit’ Tap ‘Select from the current list’ to see the Wi-Fone list or tap ‘Import.wav file’ to select from files stored on this device Here ‘OldPhone’ has been selected, next tap ‘Select & Exit’

Tap ‘Set as Ringtone’ then ‘Close/Exit’ to save setting
