2. What Is Data Validation? Our vendor, MetriTech, provides a list of students who were administered the ACCESS test via a website. It is an opportunity to clean up the demographic data before score reports are generated.

3. Data Validation Window Opens on Thursday, April 25 th at noon Closes on Wednesday, May 8 th at noon Test coordinators will receive an email with login information. Test coordinators and LEP coordinators should work jointly to validate data.

4. Discrepancy Reports LEP consultants are working on reports to pinpoint local discrepancies using the MetriTech file. They will be available through the CFDC portal under the reports tab. Should be available on April 25 th.

5. MetriTech Website Metritech.com Click “Client Area”. Click “WIDA ACCESS for ELLs Data Validation”. FAQ on login page Use provided user name and password.

6. MetriTech Website Two fields will be editable. Date-of-Birth and student ID number If these two fields are correct, the rest of the demographic data will be overwritten from NCWISE. Separate section for Alternate ACCESS. Demonstration
