13.  THE RULES  1.) READ - 15 minutes a day at home, 5 days a week  2.) Each student - log - track minutes.  3.) Parents will sign off at home to verify that the reading has occurred. (K,1) – being read to counts!).  4.) Teachers will keep track of totals in the classroom  5.) At the end of month, every student who meets requirements will receive a free sundae/ice cream at local restaurant.  6.) All classes who reach the monthly requirement will eligible to have their names placed in a drawing. Winner will receive an ICE CREAM party BATTLE OF THE BOOKS
