Page 12 Technology improvements that lead to time saving AccentCare, a real world example Bureau of Labor Statistics reporting Electronic Sharps logs RMIS System Learning Management System Dashboards OSHA 300/300A logs

Page 13 Technology improvements that lead to time saving Frequency by month Closing by month Payments by month Current open pending Outstanding liabilities Dashboards

Page 14 Technology improvements that lead to time saving OSHA 300/300A Manual Logs Incidents had to be manually logged by the location Track off duty days and modified duty days Employee count and hours had to be manually entered OSHA Tracking Claims system tracks modified duty days and off duty days Ability to upload employee count and hours worked and then print out all 130 logs Sign all of the logs

Page 15 Technology improvements that lead to time saving Bureau of Labor statistics reporting Each year we get “random surveys” to report our employee injuries to the Bureau of Labor We had to report our injuries for over 30 locations for accident year 2013 The old method would have taken over 15 hours to complete The new method can be completed in under an hour

Page 16 Technology improvements that lead to time saving Electronic Sharps Log Historically we have had the locations complete and maintain their log We are now maintaining and producing the log in the same manner as the OSHA 300/300a and BLS reports The Bloodborne Pathogen Standard requires a Sharps Injury Log for all injuries occurring from contaminated sharps in addition to the OSHA 300/300A log

Page 17 Technology improvements that lead to time saving Risk Management Information System (RMIS) RMIS system allowed for a paperless environment for: Claims Location tracking Contract management Supplier management

Page 18 Technology improvements that lead to time saving Paper records in personnel files Spreadsheets to track who has completed training Learning Management System (LMS) Historically very labor intensive to track training for all employees Allows electronic tracking of completion and storage of test results and sign off sheets Automatic reminders for non-compliance Ease of proof of training for audits and inspections Current LMS system
