Erasmus students Learning Agreements not required by the University of Tartu (with exceptions in your own interest) follow the rules and deadlines of your home university (!) new forms – chaos at many universities check the validness of courses listed signed by departmental coordinators

signing by UT may take three work days or more ISS signs confirmations about stay (general confirmations about studies) ISS does not issue confirmations about courses completed (Transcripts of Records) We cannot certify your stay starting before the recommended arrival date or for the time you were still at home. Your are welcome from 1 September! Forms: Fill in your personal data before coming. Confirmations

Inter-university agreements and ISEP Students receiving a stipend from UT: You have been informed earlier if you receive it! Free accommodation and/or monthly stipend – depends on the cooperation agreement; Paid only for the period when you live and study in Tartu.

Monthly stipends Stipends are transferred to your Estonian bank account during the first full week of each month; First stipend: in cash, after 8.09.2014, from Financial Building: Jakobi St. 4 (behind the Main Building, 2 nd floor: “KASSA” (open Mon-Fri 13:00-16:00). Take your passport with you!

Free accommodation Place in a twin room in the dormitory; Rent and cost for utilities are covered by UT; All extra services/fees (i.e. internet) must be paid by the student; You still need to sign the housing contract and pay the deposit!

Inter-university agreements and ISEP If you have any forms that need my signature: please come to the office after September 1; Ülikooli st 18, room 132, office hours: Mon- Thurs 13:00-16:00.

Inter-governmental agreements Stipend is paid only for the period when you live and study in Tartu; In order to receive the stipend you need to have a grant contract, so please come to the office after September 1: Ülikooli st 18, room 134, office hours: Mon-Thurs 13:00-16:00.
