Room Reservations: A Quick Guide Notice the special note in green Fill in the form, taking care to be as accurate as possible For traditional classrooms you would select room type: Traditional Classrooms For special event rooms such as the Moot Courtroom or Library Auditorium you would select room type: Special Event Rooms If you are not sure about a room then check out the room info on the left side of the page – It lists the equipment and capacity as well as shows you exactly what it looks like!
Room Reservations: A Quick Guide Select the room you would like to reserve-being sure to indicate 2 nd and 3 rd choices in the case your 1 st choice is not available Indicate if this event will be VTCed to another location such as the DC Campus Indicate any equipment you may need (links are provided for most other needs, i.e. laptops) Indicate any special instructions in the space provided Hit Submit
