Anulom Vilom Panayam (Three Times) Close your eyes. Focus your attention on your breathing. Close the right nostril with the right thumb. Inhale slowly through the left nostril. Use your ring and middle finger to close your left nostril (Both nostril are closed). Chant Aum for 5 to 10 times Remove your thumb from your right nostril. Exhale slowly and completely with the right nostril. Inhale through the right nostril by closing left nostril and repeat the above steps. Close the right nostril and open the left. Breathe out slowly through the left nostril. This process is one round of Anulom Vilom Pranayam.
