The objective of each scenario is to train the new ANS how to process each type of DODAAC request in AESIP, in addition to teaching the ANS how to navigate the AESIP system.
5Welcome ScreenThis is the AESIP Welcome Screen. To be able to access the AESIP system, either for input or queries, you must complete a SAR at the LOGSA home page. The Detailed Navigation screen is located on the left and contains several menu options. On this screen, there are three tabs present (depends on access level): Customer Master (DODAAC) Processing, Vendor Master (RIC) Processing, and BI Documents. There are several access levels:1. Query Access Only2. PBO Warfighter= Can submit transactions to the MDC3. Master Data Coordinator (MDC)= ANS/DODAAC Coordinator/RIC Coordinator4. Master Data Specialist (MDS)= Reviewer5. Master Data Manager (MDM)= Final ApproverIf you are not a ANS, you may request query capability. Access to Army DODAAC, RIC and Contractor DODAAC input requires additional permissions.

Some ANSs who have granted permission for PBOs to input transactions to them will also have actions.Transactions are color coded based on the Action Type. This Pending Worklist shows Contractor DODAAC and Normal (Routine) DODAAC transactions (green).
