2 Collection of Running Number Bibs, Timing Chip and Goodie Bags From: Get Active Airtel Delhi Half Marathon Expo At: DLF Place, Saket On: Wed. 28 th Oct to Fri. 30 th Oct (11 am to 7 pm) On: Sat. 31 st Oct (11 am to 5 pm)

3 For DREAM TEAMERS Concern India Foundation  Bibs available at counter called ‘Concern India Foundation’ within Registration Area.  Irrespective of participating race category, bibs of all Dream Teamers will be available at this one counter.  Where a Dream Teamer is participating in the Half Marathon, please check whether the bib envelope contains the timing chip and instructions on ‘how to use the timing chip’.  If a representative collecting bib and/or chip on behalf of a Dream Teamer, the representative must carry with him/her – -A letter from the DT authorising the bearer to collect running bibs and/or timing chip on behalf of him/her, -Photo identity of the bearer of the letter (original and photocopy). This identity could be passport, driving license, PAN card, Election card.

4  All Dream Team bibs will have his/her name appearing on front of the bib in gold.  Please ensure that you have picked the correct bib number of the Dream Teamer – race category is written behind the bib.  Do not forget to collect goodie bag for your Dream Teamer.  Importantly, ensure that the Dream Teamer writes the required details which will be used in case of a medical or any other emergency. We look forward to you encouraging your Dream Teamer to personally collect the running number bibs & goodie bags from the Expo.

5 For CORPORATE CHALLENGE  Bibs available at counter called ‘Concern India Foundation’ within Registration Area.  Bibs of all race categories will be kept together as per respective corporate.  Half Marathon bib packets will have the timing chip and instructions on ‘how to use the timing chip’ within the envelope.  If a representative collecting bib and/or chip on behalf of the team, the representative must carry with him/her – -A letter on the company letterhead authorising the bearer to collect, -Participants’ list along with the race categories they are participating in – this is for the benefit of cross-checking, -Photo identity of the bearer of the letter (original and photocopy). This identity could be passport, driving license, PAN card, Election card.

6  Corporates who had submitted their entry forms on or before October 22 nd will have their respective company’s name on the front of their bibs.  Race category is written at the back of the bib.  At the time of distribution to participants, please ensure that the correct number bib (and chip) is handed over to the rightful owner.  Ensure you check that you have received all bib numbers before you leave the expo. Requests of not receipt or loss will not be entertained once the bibs have been handed over.  Do not forget to collect goodie bags for your Corporate team.  Importantly, ensure that your team members write the required personal details behind the bib which will be used in case of a medical or any other emergency.

7 For NGO GROUPS  Bibs available at counter called ‘Groups’ within Registration Area.  Bibs of all race categories will be kept together as per respective Groups.  Half Marathon bib packets will have the timing chip and instructions on ‘how to use the timing chip’ within the envelope.  If a representative collecting bib and/or chip on behalf of the group, the representative must carry with him/her – -A letter on the NGO letterhead authorising the bearer to collect, -Participants’ list along with the race categories they are participating in – this is for the benefit of cross-checking, -Photo identity of the bearer of the letter (original and photocopy). This identity could be passport, driving license, PAN card, Election card.

11 IMPORTANT TIMINGS  Holding Area Gate will remain open from 7 am to 7.25 am Participating reaching the holding area gate beyond 7.25 am will not be allowed to participate in the Event  Line-up Gate opens at 7.26 am  Race Start Time 7.30 am

12 GREAT DELHI RUN (6 km)

13 IMPORTANT TIMINGS  Holding Area Gate will open at 8.45 am  Line-up Gate opens at 9.27 am  Race Start Time 9.30 am

14  WHEELCHAIR EVENT (2.5 km) Race Start Time 7.45 am

15 EVENT VENUE Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board Ground on Vinay Marg opp. Nehru Park Entry for all to the ground is through Gate 4. Cars can drop participants only upto the T-junction of Ashoka Hotel. Distance from this junction to Gate 4 – approx. 400 mtrs. After crossing the finish line, all participants to enter the ground through Gate 3.

16 CORPORATE CHALLENGE  Entrance to grounds through Gate 4.  Housed at the Corporate Challenge Tent – entry strictly against bib number.  Representatives of NGOs can escort their own Corporate Challenge teams up to the entrance of the tent. Concern India will take care of the CC participants within the Tent.  Corporate Challenge participants must report to the Tent according to the race category they are participating in.  CC team members participating in the Great Delhi Run will be lined up after Dream Teamers & VIPs by Procam representatives.  The CC line-up will be as per roll of honour – 5 corporates raising maximum amounts last year will be lined up first –  Ernst & Young  Bird Group / KPMG  Fluor Daniel  HSBC / Apollo Tyres

17  Top executives of following corporates will be on the Prize Distribution Stage to wave off their teams –  Ernst & Young  Bird Group / KPMG  Event Ambassador, Allan Border, will visit the Corporate Challenge tent and interact with corporate challenge teams.  An opportunity for corporates to display their company colours and the NGO they are supporting within the CC Tent –  A flex drop down of size 6 ft (h) X 3 ft (w) with message  Each company will be given space for one drop down (irrespective of no. of teams fielded)  Creative of the drop down must be emailed to Concern India latest by Monday, October 26 th. Creative to be an open cdr file. SAP Labs supports ………..

18 DREAM TEAMERS  Entrance to grounds through Gate 4.  All Dream Teamers will be housed at the Invitee Marquee.  Marquee invites and car parking passes will be handed over along with running number bib at the Expo.  Entry into the Marquee is only against Marquee Invite and the DT bib.  Representatives of NGO’s can escort their DTs up to the entrance gate of VIP area. Concern India will take care of DTs within the Invitee Marquee.  Dream Teamers will be escorted first on the start line of the Great Delhi Run from Gate 2 by Procam representatives.

19 PARKING FACILITIES  Parking facility will be available at Bhikaji Cama Place (Ring Road, next to Grand Hyatt) and at the Race Course at Kamal Ataturka Marg.  Parking valid only for cars and 2-wheelers.  Parking strictly against parking stickers. Stickers will be available on first- come-first-served basis at the Expo (Oct. 28 th to 31 st ) at Rs. 20 per vehicle.  Parking stickers will be given only to Event participants. Each participant is entitled to only one parking sticker – WE URGE ALL TO USE PUBLIC TRANSPORT OR CAR-POOL.

20 SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE  Shuttle bus service, courtesy Airtel, will run at regular intervals from Bhikaji Cama Place and Central Secretariat Metro Station to Niti Marg (near the Ground) between 5.30 a.m. and 1 p.m.  The last bus will leave from Niti Marg at 1 p.m.  If you have parked your vehicle at the Race Course, you will need to walk around 700 mtrs to enter the Ground from Gate 4 on Vinay Marg.

21 Kingfisher Run In Costume Dress up in your most creative or outrageous outfit at the event on 1 st November 2009! What’s more, there are fabulous cash prizes for getting noticed by our judges on the day. Kingfisher Ishtylwale (for individuals) The top 3 best-dressed participants will be given a cash prize – Rs. 20,000, Rs. 15,000 and Rs. 10,000 Kingfisher Sensation Squad (for groups) Special prizes of Rs.30,000/- and Rs.20,000/- can be won by groups of participants (minimum 10 members in a group) for the best and second best group formations in costume based on a theme. Kingfisher Run In Costume is open to contest only for participants of the Great Delhi Run.

22 Kingfisher Run In Costume Race Day Judging Participants who wish to enter into the costume need to report at the Best Costume Judging stage (refer to adjacent map) at 7.50 am. The judging process will be from 8.15 am to 9 am. After winners are declared, the participants will be guided to the holding area for start of Great Delhi Run. Like all other participants, participants in Best Costume must be wearing their running number bibs – this applies to individuals & groups.
