14 TE T G C G T QBWR SE WR RB Blocking Below The Waist DEFENSE 35 40 30 40 35 30 Can block the offense below the waist in any direction within 5 yards behind or beyond the NZ. EXCEPTION: Against a player in position to receive a backward pass. EXCEPTION: Against an eligible receiver beyond the NZ, unless attempting to get to the ball or ball carrier.
