& YORK RESEARCH York University Support Funders often require (and/or it is beneficial to your application to show), contributions from York University in-kind or in cash. Examples of this include, but are not limited to: course release, student support, administrative support, technical services, KM activities, and office/lab space. All contributions to an application must be documented and approved by a signing authority of the unit making the contribution. Please be sure to attach those contribution s to the ORS checklist. & YORK RESEARCH Contributions from Outside the University Partnering organizations, either from the community or other universities, are often in a position to make contributions to a project. It is important to secure those contributions where possible and to document them in your applications. Showing a wide range of support for your initiative can be very beneficial during the evaluation process.
& YORK RESEARCH Supporting Documentation Types of Supporting Documentation CVs appendices media articles graphics/charts lists other These materials should be presented in a manner consistent with the rest of the application. If possible, build a Table of Contents.
