9. CashTrax is a complete online storefront and.NET Windows Application. We will assist your web staff or hired web development company in integrating the application and customer login section. 11. CashTrax Features: Customer Look Up: This screen allows you to search for your customers based on last name, first name, social security number, customer ID or email address. You may filter the results to only display active customer accounts (outstanding loan or balance) or inactive customers. Once a customer is found, it is from this screen that you view all of their information and administer their account.

12. CashTrax Features: Customer Maintenance: C ustomer information is viewed here, as well as your customer history and administration of their loan. You can also create and view past Teletrack reports all by the click of one button. This screen allows you to make customer notes, view current or past Truth In Lending Agreements, and update and change information if needed.

13. CashTrax Features: Email Text Message Maintenance: In this screen you can view all the automated emails and change, add or update the text within these messages. Auto-Email Utility: This screen allows you to mass email your customers. You use this tool to inform your customers that their loan is due soon. CashTrax looks for all customers with an outstanding loan due within the next 7 days and sends a customized notification. This screen also logs all notifications to assure that you don’t send a message more than once.

14. ACH / NACHA Management CashTrax integrates with third party ACH processors by allowing you to easily manage outgoing and incoming transactions (Account Debits and Credits). Transactions can be processed one by one or per batch with an unlimited amount of account transactions. You can choose to print a spread sheet with the transactions cued for manual processing or create and electronically transfer a NACHA file in an approved format for batch processing by a third party.
