1 STATEMENT: All districts should be using our Online apply for at least some groups – If you are manual, you are working WAY TO HARD and missing information. WSD, BSD, MLAKE, SD37, SD72, SEVEN, FMCM, PLPSD, RETSD – All groups, some groups and why? Confirmation of our CIMS Online Apply Process, strengths Simple Create and ‘P’ost – no web work, no post/remove from Web No second app having to setup users, access, definitions Convenience for applicants and ability to Subscribe/Unsubscribe Information (demographics, history of all applications, academic history, skills, declarations, attachments) ALL conveniently there and reportable. Information there online for Applicable Admin (location) to participate whenever you are ready to allow them… no photocopying, no distribution History on staff of all applications completed etc.

Who is using Apply to Ed for Job Seeker … Utilize just Job seeker ($1000/yr??) Who is using Apply to Ed for Applicants and Review? Why do you like it better than CIMS? At what cost? If people are totally loving it … we should consider allowing integration to them - just asking, not sure how easily things will import and export Send userid/passwords and setup Receive all applicant info and documents

4  Use for Internal Job Postings  Use for all posted Jobs (support, maint, teaching..)  Use to Re-apply annually to Sub and also update skills (some are using Web Form to Re-apply)  Use for Keeping Job related information current  Use for Job Fairs and other non-posted related Jobs to keep a list of potential Hires
