BIG QUESTIONS: Apply to ED and integration. Are districts planning to continue to use them instead of us and will want us to integrate? Who is using Apply to Ed for Job Seeker … Utilize just Job seeker ($1000/yr??) Who is using Apply to Ed for Applicants and Review? Why do you like it better than CIMS? At what cost? If people are totally loving it … we should consider allowing integration to them - just asking, not sure how easily things will import and export Send userid/passwords and setup Receive all applicant info and documents
Use for Internal Job Postings Use for all posted Jobs (support, maint, teaching..) Use to Re-apply annually to Sub and also update skills (some are using Web Form to Re-apply) Use for Keeping Job related information current Use for Job Fairs and other non-posted related Jobs to keep a list of potential Hires
Start Date – dictates when to disappear from Schl AdminConnect - how to do ASAP? Auto Shortlist – allows posting to appear to Admin Some districts do not use Additional Descriptions at all Some districts post their own Word Document official postings
ALL of this top stuff to FTE – purely for autofilling the F11 line Categories can be requested and appear on Screen 1 Appl Skills Type – separate skills tab as per format **super nice for AdminC to see candidates and skills Are we collecting everything we need? Instructions good?
to Locations based on EIS.127 ** Important Posting Number no special characters, chronological ‘P’ is a beautiful thing – Post, Print, EIS.127, POS.210
Using/Noticing the two print opportunities for profile per person versus a listing of all on a single sheet Is it efficient? Are they ‘edit’ing for interview, ratings, etc.?
Goal: Make applicants comfortable with providing their SIN Use PAY.324 to update your JC-0001 messaging Provide a document explaining that we are treating SIN important/secure
Great Support Report POS.531 of postings and applicants per posting in seniority order so you can visualize the possible bumping Question: Internal/Support postings? Too many questions – simplify or does it matter? Question/Discussion: separate postings versus a posting booklet?
