So much more than just a gym…. At AOK! Fitness we specialize in group fitness classes! Variety is the key to our great program & we encourage attendance frequently through UNLIMITED CLASS ACCESS! No sign-ups required for group fitness classes, just show-ups! Both new clients & long-time clients get results through schedule flexibility & consistency! New clients may sign-up online by visiting or just allow a few extra minutes before your first class for enrollment. Please carry in clean workout shoes and water bottle.
