PUNCOM offers SMR-48V/33A, a switch mode rectifier module, designed to provide up to 33A of output current into a 48V nominal system for telecom, datacom, industrial and IT applications. It Converts V AC input power at 50 or 60 Hz into a highly regulated, filtered, low noise and isolated 48V DC output. The unit is designed for N+1 redundant configurations. Up to eight rectifier modules can fit in a single 19” rack to provide 231A of current in N+1 configuration. Up to fifteen rectifiers can be configured in two 19” racks for a 462A ultimate capacity system in N+1 configuration using one control and supervisory unit (MiniCSU). The system can also be monitored and controlled remotely through modem or internet. The rectifier has been designed with a “plug-and-play” feature i.e. when a rectifier module is plugged into a live system the relevant system MODULAR SMPS POWER PLANT Wide range of AC input, V provides protection from power disturbances and in combination with high interrupting capacity fast acting fuses translates into better reliability.
