3. A web meeting has two parts. Part 1 is going to dimdim, creating a meeting and e-mailing an invitation. Part 1 is going to dimdim, creating a meeting and e-mailing an invitation. 18. One Last Point When you share your computer screen, everyone in the meeting can see your screen. You can open a document, pdf, spreadsheet or anything for everyone to see.
