2 Life Insurance Beneficiary Page Will display during the Annual Enrollment event in ESS and will have a separate navigation in ESS so that the information can be updated at any time throughout the year Can update Basic Life and Optional AD&D beneficiaries 2

3 Dependent Warning This message will show up during the enrollment event if the employee adds a new dependent but fails to add the dependent to coverage. It will be a warning message only. It will not require the employee to add the dependent to coverage. 3

4 Dependent Verification Screen The upload page in ESS has been changed to list the specific dependents that have been added and what documentation is needed. It will list each dependents name and a list of the acceptable documentation. 4
