Current Process for New Hires Asked to have email and Edison log-in info before scheduling meeting Walk through process of obtaining insurance information, understanding enrollment procedures, and making sure employee can successfully log-in to Edison. *Paper forms only used by clerks/HR staff if an issue with ESS arises. Instruct employees to submit confirmation page with the Basic Life Beneficiary Form. Provide help sheet and contact information.
