2. Democracy  Rhode island is one of the most democratic colonies. All men who own land can vote, and lots of men own land. Don’t worry, you do not have to be a certain religion to vote. Want to feel in charge? Come to Rhode Island for their democracy.

3. Religious Freedom  Religious freedom is big deal in Rhode Island. If you were not allowed to vote because of religion, now you can! We here in Rhode Island welcome any body and any religious beliefs. If you want to vote, you also don’t have to practice a certain religion to vote.

4. Economy  Economy is a big thing. If you want to be a farmer, there is a lot of farms. The jobs include traders, ships carried rum, wool, and flax. Some people traded enslaved African Americans and became rich. Rhode Island is a Great place to be!

5. Geography  Rhode Islands Geography is very good. We have great soil for farming, great weather for growing. We also get plenty of rain in the summer so crops can grow with ease. Come to Rhode island for their fabulous Geography!
