2 Preliminary usage guidelines. The software is being provided for end use by investor clients and dealers to place orders on exchanges available as per user exchange registrations. Software for online trading is being provided for free but a valid user registration is required in this regard, contact your relationship manager for details. Various security measures for online trading is being in place to ensure correct communication and use by you, A valid mobile number and a email address of yours need to be registered with us for communicating your account credentials. Any change of your communication details should be updated with us. The software use will require internet connectivity and ports for connecting to our trading servers, please refer to troubleshooting guidelines for any connectivity problems. You may contact technical support by dialing us. - refer contact details in subsequent sections.

4 Section # I Pre-Requisites for software program.

5 1]The software program will require internet connectivity and certain open ports for connecting to our trading servers, Generally these ports are open on default direct connections from various internet service providers. 2]However in certain cases like office firewall, Selective or Restricted internet usage policies in office environment or otherwise can cause failure of software connectivity. 3]In some domestic internet cases there could be problems related to signal strength or intermittent wired connectivity, please contact your service provider for alternatives. 4]Some internet providers may run locally on selective open port policies, if all is well with your internet connection and software engines still show connectivity problem, then you can contact technical support desk at us to diagnose a blocked port. You can speak to your internet service provider for such ports problem. 5]The software program is compatible for Operating systems like Windows (XP, VISTA, WIN7 etc) Ubuntu, Red Hat GUI, MAC. 6]Software windows version is available for download at our website, for MAC, Ubuntu or Red Hat Versions kindly write us at ibt@trustline.in quoting your client code.ibt@trustline.in

6 Section # II Where to get the software.

7 1]Download current available software version from our website Download Section of ftp link as below. ftp://ftp.ibt.trustline.co.in/Versions/

8 Section # III Installing software on your computer.

9 1]Extract (Unzip) the software downloaded to local disk 2]Double click the EXE setup file to install the program in your computer. (You may need administrator privilege in case you are operating a user account.) Extract the Zip file downloaded using your ZIP application like Winzip, Alzip etc. Double click the extracted file to start the installation process.

10 3]As you initiate the installation process, you need to click “next” button wherever prompted and “I Accept” for terms and License agreement Select the “I accept ~” terms to proceed further Click the “Next” button wherever prompted during the installation.

11 4]Please fill your Computer User name and other details, you need to click “next” button wherever prompted. Fill your User name and Other details. Click the “Next” button wherever prompted during the installation.

12 5]Select the Complete Setup option, you need to click “next” button wherever prompted and Click “Install button” Select the “Complete” Option Click the “Next” button wherever prompted during the installation.

13 6]Installation in progress. Wait as the installation finishes

14 7]Click Finish button to exit the installation wizard. Select the “Finish” button. Installation finished, Software is ready for use.

15 Section # IV Registration and Online account credentials delivery.

16 1]Fresh registrations are accepted for both offline and online trading modes. 2]Please sign trading mode as “Online” if you wish to avail online trading facilities. 3]If you are an existing customer to us in offline trading mode and wish to avail “Online Trading facility” then you need to sign a document for converting your trading preference to Online, please contact your relationship manager for details. 4]Your online account details like username and passwords are delivered to you on your registered Email address and mobile number. 5]Login password is sent at your registered Mobile number. 6]Transaction password is sent at your email address, please check junk and spam folders apart from inbox as in some cases the mail might land in these folders. 7]You need to change your passwords at your first login. 8]Any change in mobile number or email address should be updated with us for trouble free access to your account. 9]After successful registration clients are provided with their login access details as above. 10]You can regenerate your lost or forgotten password by using forgot password link. 11]To use forgot password option you will require your USER ID, Email address, and Security Key ( Security key is an alpha numeric character unique for all clients and are communicated to client on their mobile number on demand.)

18 Section # V Logging in for the first time – Changing password and setting 2FA Questions & (Password policy).

19 1]As you finish your software installation a desktop icon is created at your desktop for quick launch, Double click it to quick launch software. 2]Choose the “nestclient_internet” in the Load form drop down (For internet users) and click “Load” Button Subsequent to it click button “Launch Nest Trader”. Double click the icon to Launch the software. Choose the “nestclient_internet” in the Load form. Click the Load button. Click Launch Nest trader button.

37 Password Policies (Advices) What measures should you follow to protect your online user-id and password? Password Protection 1. Don’t write your passwords anywhere (Memorizing is the best option). 2. Don’t share your passwords with anyone. 3. Don’t share password over the telephone. 4. Say No to password forms on the internet. 5. Don’t use the "Remember Password" feature of application programs such as Internet Explorer or any other program. 6. Always use secure login where the web browser address starts with https:// rather than http:// 7. Report any suspicion of your password being broken to Information technology team at technology@trustline.in mentioning your user-id. 8. Avoid using generic words as part of password.

38 9. Avoid using common words or reverse spelling of words in part of password. 10. Using login ID as password is a invalid attempt. 11. Never use parts of numbers easily remembered such as phone numbers. 12. Be careful about letting someone see you type password.

39 Password Requirements: 1. Minimum Length - 8 characters 2. Maximum Length - 14 characters 3. Minimum complexity - No dictionary words included. Passwords should use three of four of the following four types of characters: 1. Lowercase 2. Uppercase 3. Numbers 4. Special characters such as !@#$%^&*(){}[] 4. Passwords are case sensitive and the user name or login ID is not case sensitive. 5. Password history – Last three unique passwords cannot be reused. 6. Maximum password age - 14 days Account gets locked after 3 failed login attempts

40 Do I get an alert when my password will expire? System uses to inform last logged in session Date time and days to password expiry. What are types of password I need to operate my account? There are two types of password (each of them expires at every 14 days of last change) Login Password (Meant for logging in to web site or Software, sent at mobile.), Transaction Password (Required Once a day every session of login for validating transaction) What Internet Security measures should I follow? (Specifically in Cyber Café’s) Sometimes your Login Id and passwords are saved at internet explorer page if it happens with you next time you observe follow the following steps as a corrective measure to ensure nothing is left unsecure for others to access your privilege account. I. Open Internet Explorer and click on (Tools -- > Internet Options -- > Content) II. Under (Personal Information), click on (Auto Complete) III. Uncheck (User names and passwords on forms) and click (Clear Passwords) IV. Click (OK)

41 What one should must know while logging in for the first time? Use virtual keyboard for entering the passwords over internet login page. It is mandatory for you to change your Login and transaction password when you login for the first time. If your password does not work then do not try the third attempt else it will lock the account in case of another failure. Using alphanumeric combination is always good for your new passwords. Changed password should not be same as the previous three used passwords. If you have tried with two wrong attempts do not try the third time, instead one should use Forget password link to regenerate a new one to avoid account lockout.

76 Delivery Products : NRML [1]Delivery Product like NRML are meant for trading to carry forward positions, one can also do a square-off the outstanding position same anytime. [2]Blank selling is not allowed under NRML as being a delivery product in normal cases in cash segment of NSE, BSE, could be allowed on delivery slip and undertakings on exceptions, Allowed in cases of futures. [3]All carried forward and overnight outstanding position in futures are uploaded under NRML, so if you have carried some future outstanding like in NIFTY or in Gold, NRML is the product where you will be squaring off. Delivery Products : CNC [1]Delivery Product CNC is meant for trading in NSE, BSE for selling holdings, This product is also meant for buying trade to trade scrips. [2]No other segment except NSE, BSE in cash is allowed here.

77 Intraday Product : MIS [1]Intraday product like MIS are meant for trading intraday only and any outstanding position under this product type will be subject to square-off in last 15 minutes of normal trading session. One can also do a square-off the outstanding position same anytime. [2]Blank selling allowed under MIS as being a intraday product. [3]Segments allowed are allowed but are not meant for carrying forward outstanding, if you wish to carry forward some net position under MIS product then you shall convert it to NRML. Intraday Product : CO [1] Cover Order is a special order type for day trading where as the name resembles every trading buy or sell order is placed hand in hand with a stop loss order. [2] Outstanding trades are subject to square off, No conversion no carry forward allowed.

78 [3] Each cover order has got two legs, 1st Leg is for a BUY or Sell Decision. 2nd Leg is a auto for Stop loss for Leg1. [4] Leg 1 Trades at market. Can not be placed like a limit order. Linked with Leg 2, If for any reason Leg 1 gets rejected Leg 2 will not be placed. [5]Leg 2 Placed as SL-M (stop loss at market rate). Requires a trigger price for maximum loss for Leg 1. Linked with Leg 1, If for any reason Leg 1 gets rejected Leg 2 will not be placed. Based on trigger price for Leg 2, Margin required will be calculated.

79 Some facts on CO. 1]All Orders Placed by the user for the product “CO” (cover order) shall be a market order. 2]System would auto place an SL order at price specified while entering order. 3]Trigger price entered by the user for stop loss should be within this % from last rate defined in field Perc max. 4]Selective Contracts are allowed under this facility (Check with RMS equity for current available contracts). (Currently NIFTY, MINIFTY, BANKNIFTY, USDINR). 5]Trades under this facility can not be modified to any other trading product like NRML or MIS.

80 Some facts on CO. 6]Orders once placed under CO can't be cancelled and one need to book the profit or Loss to exit the position by selecting the Stop Loss Trigger Order and clicking exit button. (This will send CO SL Trigger order at market rate to exit position.) One can modify the Stop Losses as per his perception for risks within range subject to fund availability in his/her account). 7]A minimum %age which system should block is currently (0.5% of contract value + Cushion 0.075 % of contract value) stands currently around 1700/- per order as minimum required. 8]For CDS %age which system should block is currently (0.5% of contract value + Cushion 0.023 % of contract value) stands currently around 300/- per order as minimum required. 9] Profit or Loss for the day under CO product will be adjusted with limit Excluding Cushion Amount for days trading.

81 Some facts on CO. 10]The Amount blocked for an CO order will depend as higher of Minimum percentage defined or Value derived using difference between Stop loss price and Market price adjusted with Cushion. 11]Please note Once order is placed the second Leg of CO can not be cancelled, The lone option is EXIT button in Order Book to square at market rate (Stop Loss range can be modified within range subject to availability of fund) But in no circumstances positions under CO Product can be carried forward for next trading day irrespective of Clients margin.

93 Section # X Online fund transfer and bank gateways – Pay-in and Pay-out.

94 Clients can now do a fund transfer from their registered bank accounts using their online banking services at our payment gateways to get instant credit in their trading account and trade at convenience. Navigate to “Secure Url : Payin menu” for fund transfer inwards. Navigate to “Secure Url : Payout menu” for fund transfer outwards. Please request a payout if your positions are not outstanding with us on leverage.

95 Choose your segment like Equity or commodity. Choose from the list of banks registered for you. Amount to transfer. Banks currently available, new banks keeps on adding plz see page for latest.

96 Select bank details and amount and click Submit Select the Segment you would like to do the transfer (Option1: Equity/Derv/Currency Option2: Commodity) Select the Bank account option (A list of accounts available will be displayed as per KYC details) Fill the amount which you would like to transfer to your trading account. Click on Submit button.

97 Next page is our banking gateway takes you to your selected banks page Next Page takes you to banking page where you need to authenticate the fund transfer transaction using your online bank credentials.

98 On successfully completing the transaction you will be prompted a reference number to the transaction and the amount will be credited to your trading account instantly. A simultaneous impact of successful transaction will increase your trading limit which is displayed in Pay-In column of limit reports. Please note following things while doing a fund transfer: [1] Do not close the page midway to the transaction; a successful transaction message is displayed at Trustline page when you complete a transaction. [2] Do not use back or Refresh buttons while you are transacting. On successfully completing the transaction you will be prompted a reference number to the transaction and the amount will be credited to your trading account instantly. A simultaneous impact of successful transaction will increase your trading limit which is displayed in Pay-In column of limit reports.

101 Some self help guidelines. I am unable to receive password in my email address? Online trading user-id and Login passwords are sent to clients at their registered email addresses by default for the first time after registration is complete. In case if your email junk and spam settings treats or delete mails from trustline domain; please add and edit your email junk/spam/security settings to classify email id pwd@trustline.in as Secure/Not Spam. I forget my last password what should I do now? Get your password regenerated from forgot password option at trading page and in software also at forgot password link, Remember you need a private security key as PAN to use this feature, if you don’t have one write us at ibt@trustline.in.
