3  Using the designations of Print and Web to designate the medium of the resource.  No more underlining – titles that were formerly underlined will now be italicized.  No urls required for web resources  No name and location of library for databases.

Web means not print!  Web will be used for  Electronic journals  Scholarly articles available on the Web  Articles available through a library database  Online journals  Ebooks  For other formats, please consult the MLA Handbook for Writer’s of Research Papers 7 th ed.
