Pick Up Service Call Flow SMS : On Receipt of SMS from Customer, Agent will call the customer and collect the Information and same will be forward to respective ASC/BSM. Call Center : Once Call Center receive a request from Customer, after verification, agents will register the call in CSNET Mobile query registration screen. Auto mail will go to respective ASC/BSM. ASC will call the customer and fix up an appointment to pickup the Handsets and same will be updated on CSNET portal. Call Entry Process :SPX ASC will select Pickup/Drop Service option in SPX Customer Type at the time of Call Closing. Claimed will be passed based on the basis of Customer Type /Models.
