1 On line Accessories request process Customer Screen Customer can raise request thru lgmobiles site and selects the nearest service center as per his convenience. 2. Select accessory Type3. Select Model4. Click on encircled 5. Enter Personal details 1.Click on this button 6. Select State 7. Select the nearest ASC to pick up the accessory 9. Click on Submit 9. Note Down the request number

2 On line Accessories request process ASC Screen. Request will reaches to ASC on lgmobiles site. ASC will Check/download the customer request at least twice in a Day.

3 On line Accessories request process Checks Availability at ASC stock Condition I -Accessory is available at ASC- a) ASC Engineer will make a call to Customer b) Request to Customer to visit ASC for purchasing the accessory c) Update the current status on lgmobiles site and change status to In process d) Once customer Visit at ASC, deliver the accessory to customer and change the status on lgmobiles site to close and update.

4 On line Accessories request process Condition II- If Accessory not available at ASC a) Make a call to Customer. b) Give the expected time period when accessory will be available at ASC and give commitment of call back on arrival of accessory. c) Update the current status on lgmobiles site and change the status to In process. c) When accessory receives at ASC, call back to customer and request him to collect the accessory and Update the current status on lgmobiles site. d) Once customer Visit at ASC, deliver the accessory to customer and change the status on lgmobiles site to close and update.

5 On line Accessories request process NOTE 1.Make sure that the customer is getting call from ASC within 24 Hrs of the request Registration. 2.In case Accessory is not available at ASC raise PO on same day of request registration. 3.Update the current status on Accessory portal on regular basis 4.In case any support required, send a mail at
