HOME System Capabilities - Flights Hold and waitlist PNRs – ability to hold a seat without ticketing it Instant ticketing – no manual intervention needed for e-ticketable routes Import PNR – complex itineraries can be created on the GDS and imported in to the portal Special Service Requests (SSR) – real time access to airline messages and SSR responses Refresh/Release PNR – real time update of PNR status on the portal. Ability to release PNRs Online request filing: Requests for refunds, cancellations and itinerary changes can be filed online. Auto-credits for refunds: Refund amount is instantly credited back in to user account on processing.
