Mincemeat fill We fried the mincemeat and then added some onions. Then we added some spices and tex mex sauce.
Chili Balls 1kg mincemeat 2 packages French onion soup 500g Sour cream 2 tbs Oil 2 dl Breadcrumbs 2 Eggs 2 tsp Paprika powder Some fresh chili
Take mincemeat to temperature of +20 o C Mix onion soup, eggs, sour cream and oil Put mincemeat to a big bowl and add the mixed ingredients and chili. Mix them again using your hands. Split pastry into balls and fry them on a pan or put them to the oven (200 o C). Fry the balls until they are nicely brown.
Chicken sauce Chicken, cut into small pieces Onion Turkish yoghurt Salsa Paprika Fry the chicken. Add sautéd onion, Turkish yoghurt and salsa. Finally add paprika.
Thank you 9E! This was our last meeting with the Comenius group in Kontiolahti. The students had voted for their favourite food and then one Thursday afternoon we cooked tortillas and chili meatballs. We also had some mango ice-cream for dessert! We teachers want to thank the whole class of 9E for taking part in the project! HAVE A GREAT SUMMER!!!!!
