First, mix the seasonings with 1 teaspoon sugar, curry powder, flour; ½ teaspoon salt; a little pepper and 2 tablespoon water
Next, Heat 1 tablespoon oil, add onion, beef and seasonings. Fry well then add water. Let cool aside.
Then Roll out the puff pastry until double in size. Cut out circles or other shapes. Place a teaspoon of curry filling onto the centre of the pastry circle. Brush the edge of pastry with a little beaten egg. Fold the edge together and seal.
finally Arrange the curry puff onto the baking tray, brush a little beaten egg on top. Bake in 200ºC oven for 25-30 minutes until golden, ready to serve.
